The "New Neighbor" Experience
When you move into Hershey's Mill Estates, we are eager to make you feel welcome! Our community "greeter" meets with new neighbors to share information about the community. We also gather basic information about your family, which we publish in the newsletter. We want to let all our residents know you've arrived!
We invite all new neighbors to be our guests at an annual "New Neighbors Party." At the party, long-term residents can meet and get to know you. With a full schedule of social events to choose from, you'll find it easy to get connected with others in the community.
